Term-Time Only Contracts
During Easter, Christmas and Summer holidays I invoice for a retainer to hold your place (like an insurance), which will be returned to you/ taken off your next bill when your child returns after the break.
Retainer to reserve a space
I do not ask for or hold a deposit but do ask for a retainer to hold the place. I ask for two weeks worth upfront when you sign the contract. When your child starts, this money will count towards your childcare.
If you want me to hold a space open for a longer period (8 weeks or longer), then I will require a non-refundable retainer of 30% of the full charge per week that the place is held. This is because I have low ratios and I could give the place to a child able to start immediately.
Payment is to be paid a month in advance and on a monthly basis on the 1st of each month.
I accept bank transfer or Childcare Vouchers but the initial retainer must be paid by cash/ transfer.
I provide the type of nutritious, healthy food that I would want for my own children. We eat together and I encourage children to make healthy choices and even join in with preparation when appropriate.
homemade flapjacks or sugar-free muffins
pitta and humous
omelette and raw veg
soup with cheese on toast
jacket potato and filling
Dinner (always with vegetables):
roast chicken and potatoes
sausages and mash
I also sometimes bake with the children.
I am vegetarian however my own children are not. We do therefore occasionally eat vegetarian alternatives to meat.
